Whats suitable for me?

I got an Oyster card and im a 16 year old college student. I only travel 4 days on trains and buses and they charge me £19.10 a week. The price has gone up by like £4 since JAN 2!!!
as i have 3 days left on the card i was wondering if i would save more money by gettin some sort of discounted one day travelcards? i use the train during peak hours (8.30am) to twickenham which is in zone 5 and i live in zone 1. If i make a travel card in the morning its over £5 so 5x4 is £20, no savings!

there is surely a way for me to save money and they also said using oyster is cheaper, well i used to pay £15.60 for a zone 1-5 travel card, child, now its £19.10 for a week.

Please help!
