Hi all, got accepted and received card pin and welcome letter beginning of Dec, balance transfer was all done by 4th Dec, I have not used the card yet, just the transfer, I realised today that I have not received a statement yet to make my first payment to them. Can anyone tell me roughly how long it should be from BT to 1st statment being issued? thanks x

Yet? It's generally best practice to keep purchases and BT's on separate cards. If you absolutely must make a purchase on this card be sure to clear it before the purchases 0% end date. Do you know when that is?michellefromessex wrote: »...I have not used the card yet...
Anything up to 4 weeks or so from account opening. The Xmas post may have delayed your statement, but it will be available to view (and pay) online. Have you registered for online access? Can anyone tell me roughly how long it should be from BT to 1st statment being issued?
Next time you call to activate a credit card, have this checklist with you...

thankyou for getting back to me, I dont intend to purchase anything on the card, I transferred my balance to them to take advantage of the 0%, to get my balance cleared off quicker, my purchase 0% ends in Feb. I have not registered for online access, will have to find the paperwork out now christmas rush is all over and sign up for it.0
