Assuming your using Internet explorer, try and reinstall
http://www.filehippo.com/download_flashplayer_ie/
If that doesnt work use the removal tool
http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_14157
Install CCLEANER
http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/
Run the top 2 scans (Backup the registry when it asks)
Then reinstall flash from the original link
Let me know how it goes:idea:0 -
Thanks aliEnRIK, it still hasnt worked despite it saying flashplayer successfully installed again, just wanted to mention that mainly thanks to your advice I now have great security on my comp and all for free (I like free), I am also going to install the same set on my friends new comp, they were going to pay for Norton but now they dont have to, again thanks to you, any other ideas on flashplayer would be great and of course Happy New Year:beer:Thank you for this site MartinThe time for change has comeGood luck for the future0

Download FIREFOX
http://www.mozilla-europe.org/en/firefox/
Install flash in that
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/browse/type:7
if it doesnt work in firefox then install/update JAVA
