Integrated dishwasher

I'm looking for an integrated dishwasher, the make doesnt matter as its now a case of necessity (mine just packed in).
I've found one for £250 from Currys but I object to buying from them (long story) and was thinking that the great masses of MSE might be able to find me one even cheaper.

heres to hoping :D

By 'integrated', do you mean 'slim'?

  • I am delighted with my fully integrated Bosch dishwasher which I purchased online from one of the many online appliance companies. £360 compared to £585 John Lewis/High Street price.

My advice would be to decide on the model you want and search online for the best deal. Take into account cost, delivery and warrenty (2 years manufacturers warrenty with Bosch). I would far rather get a quality product for the best possible price than just the cheapest any make I could find.

Have you thought about listing the dishwasher being sold by Currys on https://www.haggle4me.com?

It's a new site but I've listed things on there and it all worked perfectly smoothly for me. There a number MSE users who are "hagglers" on the site too! Check out this thread:

In a way the fact that this is a new site and not that many people know about it yet works to your advantage because you're guaranteed to have loads of hagglers trying to find the best price on your listing! I listed a holiday for the mother in law on there and someone has already found a £198 saving.

I've been using the site for a couple of weeks so give me a shout if you need any help.

  • I bought a graded one integrated washing machine from a seller on e-bay , unfortuantely it is more than a year ago so I can't find out the sellers name.

It has been great, I'd recommend looking on there as mine was Brand new but had a very small scratch on the side which once fitted in invisable otherwise it was perfect and also came with all warranties and guarantees.

I also purchased a graded Integrated fridge at a later date from a different seller and have had no problems with either appliance. Again it just had a small scratch to the side so could not be sold as brand spanking new through a retailer.

Integrated products are usually SO much more expensive, I can't rememebr exactly what the costs of ours were I think the fridge was about £70 +£50 delivery (still cheaper ) After compareing the costs of both appliances I remember it was the same or less than standard fitting ones and much cheaper than integrated bought direct from retailers. Both came with a full guarantee (sp) as well.

I know at the time we fitted our kitchen we did also consider a dishwasher so e-bay might be worth a look. some here: http://search.ebay.co.uk/search/search.dll?cgiurl=http%3A%2F%2Fcgi.ebay.co.uk%2Fws%2F&fkr=1&from=R8&satitle=integrated+dishwasher&category0=

Hope that may be of some help?
