playing a blu ray disc on my PC problem

I bought my PC with a combined blu ray/HD DVD player about a year ago now. I've been able to play Spider Man 3 on blu ray with no problems. I got the Dark Knight on blue ray for Xmas and attempted to play this, but get an error message "A disc with unsupported format in drive E:". I've then tried Spider Man 3 again and get the same message. I've run updates as it requested.
Anyone know how to sort this?
I've tried to play this througt Cyberlink PowerDVD 7.3 (which worked before).
Thanks.

Check with Cyberlink to see if their is an update or newer version of PowerDVD.
Also check to see if it reads DVD's.
You might have to remove the driver from the control panel and let the computer find it again , some of the drivers might have been messed up somehow.Laters
