Best regular saver to open now?

I have an ING savings account with the following interest rates:
Bonus interest rate of 2.96 % gross variable
Bonus interest on balances over £ 869.23 until 02-Mar-2009
Current variable interest rate of 2.96 % gross
Current variable interest on balances up to and including £ 869.23
So i am looking around for a better account if there is one that i can easily move to? My current acc is with Natwest, so maybe there eSave account? It needs to be easy to move money in and out of, and have a good online system that i can use.
Any info would be greatly appreciated as i really need to get this sorted out now!

Last Chance! 'Barclays Monthly Saver' 1 yr 7.75% fixed. Great Rate...Hit n Miss Service!
The rate's unbeatable. Open it by end of play Wed 31 Dec & pay in £20 to £250 every month for 12 months and you'll get 7.75% interest fixed for a year. The Problem? This rate's now only available in branches, and some MoneySavers have had terrible experiences trying to open, being told they're lying or the rate changed in Nov (please feedback your experience). Yet Barclays head office has now confirmed, in writing, it's still available at 7.75%. Want to try? Go to a branch NOW, with picture ID, proof of address and a cheque to make your first payment. For how these accounts work see the Updated Guide: Regular Savings Related Guides: Top SavingsFive exclamation marks the sure sign of an insane mind!!!!!

Your post title says "regular saver", but your requirements don't seem to match the features of most regular savers. By "regular", did you mean 'ordinary'?
The NatWest e-Savings account, at 4.47% AER, would seem to be your best bet, for an £800 balance. However, read the T&C's re the bonus rate and when it commences.0 -
Well the idea is to pay into the account each month, so a regular saver would be an ok option i think?0

You mentioned the ease of moving money out of the account. Not many regular savers allow withdrawals without heavily penalising you on the interest rate.
There's a regular saver thread just a little lower down this board. Maybe you should take a look at that?0
