I need advice regarding Lloyd Shares. At the moment, the price of Lloyd TSB is about £1.25 per share. I have recently been offered to buy more share (1.733 per share). When deadline expires, will the price automatically start from £1.733 instead of £1.25, for example?
Please confirm it

NO is the simple answer  in fact some people think the price will drop to about £1.00 for a short while , then the world is your oyster.:D0 -
Thank you for pointing it out
I will not invest in Lloyd TSB anymore......:exclamati0 -
I think its fair to say that the open offer price might be a centre of gravity for a while in the future as 40% of the company is held at that price now and presumably will not be sold at a loss or traded at all for many years to come0

Don't look at the 10 year share price graph!

Cheapest since the early nineties I think it shows but thats not accounting for the extra shares since each is now worth less
If you increased the price by 40% to account for dilution it would show a real comparison better0
