etfs securities - backed by AIG

it looks as though th paper backed etf's offered by etfs securities are backed by AIG.

I mentioned this the other day on this forum and was told the assets are secure, only specialist funds would be owned by the firm itself
I presume monies would be frozen for a while, lehmans operated alot of etf afaik0 -
AIG is now virtually nationalised by the US government after the bail-out.0
