Changing Direct Debit amount on Halifax CC

Options
Have had a 12 month Halifax Purchase card for almost a year now and am aiming to pay it all off at the start of February which is when my next direct debit payment is taken. As its been on 0% I have been paying the minimum amount. Have just gone online and changed the amount from 'minimum payment' to 'outstanding balance', so in theory all done. It says it takes 5 working days to come into effect so hopefully by the time my next statement is produced (around 7th Jan), all will be sorted and card will be automatically paid off on 1st Feb without me having to do anything else

I just have one little worry though. I am assuming that the payment date will stay the same as usual, and they will not suddenly take the full amount out of my account?
