Watching TV on the Internet

Can anybody reccomend a link to watch TV on the internet? I spend a lot of time away and it would make the time less painful. I've just spent several hours looking and all I can come up with are sites that link to other sites! :eek:

Yep...had something similar....
very basic but will do the job.....
however be warned...
you will need a strong signal from your tv ariel to pick up all Freeview channels.
