What exactly is happening?
I presume you have a track in iTunes you want to copy; what happens when you drag it to your iPod?0 -
Restart your computer, you may need to do an repair of itunes very easy to do and you wont lose anything, just got and redownload itunes, once it started downloading it, a box will pop up saying, the you all ready have itunes on your computer, they will be 2 buttons, click repair, and it will repair it, that sorted my itunes out when i had a problem0
