    They sent me different glasses to the type I had ordered, and haven't replied to my email - but it doesn't really matter too much as I got the wine

    Cant say I'm that impressed with the tea towel, doesnt seem like its going to be very good, about as absorbant as clingfilm! :rolleyes:

    Still, looking forward to trying the wine though!
    Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently! ;)

    My order arrived damaged too - it was a present that I was looking forward to giving so I phoned up. Queue was horrendous but call operator was nice.
    They can't do exchanges, so I have to return it.... get refunded.... re-order:confused: . I did ask about postage (it won't be my first order) and they said after I've re-ordered I can then ask them to refund the postage.

    I hope they get things sorted as they have got some nice things on the website. I'm not sure I can be bothered to go through the palaver of re-ordering (we'll see when/if I get my refund)! I'm not sure but think I have to pay to return the damaged goods.

    Its not all bad though... I don't have to return the wine in the parcel. I wish every cloud had a bottle-of-red-wine lining :beer:
