Its not all bad though... I don't have to return the wine in the parcel. I wish every cloud had a bottle-of-red-wine lining :beer:

I'm not sure I can be bothered with returning my damaged item - I've had no reply to my e-mail either. This freebie wine was a good opportunity for them to hook in new customers, but on the basis of this experience I won't be ordering from them again.

My order(s) arrived yesterday without any damage or problems although i must agree the tea towel doesnt look like it will dry many dishes! . Saving the bottles of wine for a later date
