Too True! They are different from all other parking depts in all other councils. Logic cannot be applied to their way of thinking.

After working many moons ago for a courier company's a/cs dept and dealing with parking tickets/fines from all the different boroughs in London, I can honestly say Westminister are a totally nightmare and don't know one end of there elbow from the other!
