the loan company was brittania finance then went to british credit trust

they phoned me this morning and told me i will get a full refund back into my account for the amount they took :j. now cardiff pinnacle are saying that they aint gonna pay for my ppi because i was working for an agency doing fulltime hours with temp contract now this to me seems like an unclaimable policy because the benefits agency request you look for work even agency work yet the ppi company want me to work but not agency yet if i dont accpet agency work this will go against my benefits. i was not told that i couldn't go with agency work when i took out the loan in 2005 and i was told that the if i didn't take the ppi it would go against my loan chances.. :mad: now what do i

this is really stressfull especially when they want money from you and always phoning asking when i will make a payment..

also on a seperate not can someone tell me the right address for alliance and leicester credit card department they too sold me a ppi without me knowing i was paying for it.. looks like i am going to be busy sorting all this out :-(

Great news on the refund well done :T :beer: , saves some work now then.:D

I do hope someone has some answers here for you, Pinnacle are doing my head in right now, they have lost my hubby's disc details which all the information they have on him are on it, this was required by them in order for them to deal with the claim, but its totally messed right up.

Have you still the terms and conds for the policy from Pinnacle hun?
