Yes they are according to the article. That is just pathetic as there would have been no stress as it was clearly an error. Inconvenience maybe but thats all. I hope Barclays dont give in and increase their offer as that would be so wrong.

At the time they probably didnt have a clue what to do or whom to speak to.
