I cant for the life of me get the films off onto my Laptop, I am using a Mac Book. The problem is that the software supplied was for a PC.
Does anyone have experience with this camcorder or with any software for this on a Mac.

Can you not use iMovie? (should already be on your Mac) and import it across.0
