On large packs of Rice Krispies in Tesco today (£3.65 - 700g) there is a voucher on the box for free adult entry when accompanied by a paying child or adult to Merlin attractions, this will be for the walk up gate price.

Valid to 31 May 2013 for EDF London eye
Valid to 31 July 2014 for Chessington/Alton Towers/Thorpe Park/Legoland Windsor/Warwick Castle/Madame Tussauds London or Blackpool/Legoland Discovery Manchester/The Dungeons (4 Locations)/UK Sea Life centres & sanctuaries/Sea Life Weymouth Tower & London Aquarium & some in NI not specified.

There is then a list of dates when not usable mostly due to attractions being closed or Halloween/special events, or July & August 2013 at Dublin Zoo or July 2014 at Dublin Zoo.
