Any one know what claim back situation is for credit card where someone has been paying the monthly per £100.00 insurance cost but then find when trying to claim it does not pay out because of not being up to date following business closure?

A phonecall to Customer Services is normally all that's required to cancel payment protection insurance on a credit card.
