Where to put £5K?

Hi,
I have about £5k in a very low interest account and I want to move it. I don't think I can have an ISA as I have one already and I know I can add an amount to that (£3600 a year?).
What suggestions as to where to put the £5k. I don't need instant access but would want access with notice, I want online manageability and don't really need a high street branch as happy to do it all online if needs be.
Would quie like something with a fixed interest rate (wouldn't we all!) bu happy to see what around and go with them.
