5. Prize fund includes 4 consecutive nights self-catering accommodation for a family of up to 4 people sharing in Courtyard Cottage, Pitlochry, Monday to Thursday nights only. Check-in from 4pm on day of arrival and check-out is no later than 10am on day of departure. Not valid during Christmas, New Year, 19th January, Easter, May Bank Holiday and any other Bank Holidays during the period. No postponements. 4-days bike hire for 4 people, including equipment, map and route advice from Scottish Cycling Holidays. One Mountain Safari Trek for up to 4 people with Highland Safaris, subject to weather conditions. One half-day voucher for a family of 4, valid for any activity at Dunolly Adventures Outdoors, subject to weather conditions.
6. Transport allowance is included up to a maximum of £200 in total. Amount provided will vary based on location of winner, distance travelled and travel method. The Promoter's decision on travel allowance is final.
7. All activities will be organised with the prize winner once a date has been selected for the break.
8. One winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by an independent party on 09.03.09.
9. Only one entry per household.
10. Entries from third parties, agencies or sent in bulk will be declared invalid and void.
11. No responsibility can be taken for lost, delayed or non-transmitted entries.
12. Prize winner will be notified within 28 days of the closing date.
13. Prize is as stated and no cash alternative is available.
