My heart raced when I saw the title of this thread, but thank the Lord, it wasn't what I thought!

Your story deserved to be told, and it should be in print, you are an inspiration to alot of people MOT, and of course I cannot forget the super people from the DFW board who helped you along the way.

MOT, I hope you had a great christmas and I wish you,IT and the twins a Very Happy New Year.

I sorry if this is a bit dippy, but I am welling I really am. I am SO pleased that after all the carp you went through that your struggle has been recognised. I am really proud of you and IT and the twins, and I am so glad that you are more settled now.

I hope that 2009 is your year MOT

Oh wow! Just opened up the thread and have seen your messages and, Chev, I am welling up too!

Sometimes I think about how awful it all was and get very upset about it - but.........it is in the past and I know that I am moving on. I still am under the CMHT who are a great support and also have a new group of friends through CAP who have been my lifeline.

CAP have arranged for me to have a spa day in January as part of my award recognition. I will be pampered from head to toe, something which I have not experienced for a very long time and I am really looking forward to it.

Meanwhile, the twins are visiting their father for a couple of days whilst he is home from the UAE so I am here, alone, relaxing, doing nothing!

The twins father was made redundant earlier this year so the maintenance stopped making things even more difficult financially, but I must admit that whilst it is not good having even less money it is a challenge and most of the time I actually quite enjoy it - Christmas was certainly a challenge but we had a lovely time and with a bit of nifty shopping the twins had some decent presents.

Jobwise, I have two interviews lined up for the New Year so fingers crossed everyone that one of these comes to fruition for me.

Chev, how are things down under?

Its good to hear from you all and I hope that whatever problems you may be facing will be resolved.

    Happy New Year (again!)

    Love MOT xx
