received
05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on
purchase. Mortgage offer amended
08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
26/02/21:
Partner's sale contract signed
10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
16/03/21: My sale contract signed
28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title
Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only
28/05/21: ALL EXCHANGED!

Yes if you paid by credit card and it's over £100 then the credit card will refund you. You probably need to wait a couple of weeks after the return to make sure they haven't processed it and the refund is still going through the system.0 -
I got a confirmation of my £40 order about an hour before the site went down, so I guess it's not worth the paper it's not written on. Bother.0

Some debit cards / bank accounts also cover you against these situations. Visa Debit is one of them. It's definitely worth checking with your bank / card provider.0

My kit changing bag arrived early this morning and I'm so pleased with it. It is small and compact, but is quite roomy inside with pockets and spaces for everything, and great quality too. My Buggy Snuggle came today and I am really pleased with it. I couldn't find it cheaper anywhere else and it was a lot less than a cozy toes but still really warm. Thanks for posting and letting everyone know.0
