List of who underwrites which credit card

Ready to move cards and a little while ago I came across a list someone had prepared - which showed what financial institution were underwriting which credit cards. ie Virgin branded credit card is operated by MBNA.
Despite searching this site and https://www.stoozing - I've not been able to find it- anyone able to help me relocate this list?
