Additions - sent wrong items now none in stock

Well I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from Additions in the sale. Made savings of about 100 pound then used the discount code to get more off so was v happy. Then got a parcel today and when I checked the items were wrong!

Rung up to tell them and they said to return, i'd get a refund then I could reorder them now. But of course they weren't in stock anymore!

I know its not the end of the world but just annoying trying to get a good deal and then not even a sorry! Won't be shopping there again.

Whilst I know its annoying if they dint have it in stock any more there is little they can do unless they get more in stock but then the price may change

Can anyone help, not sure if I am posting this correctly... I ordered a bed from additions sale, arrived yesterday, damaged and no instrustions. Damage is minimal, but does anyone out there have instructions for a McCord Cuba Faux Leather bed frame? Emailed Addiaitions, bed out of stock!!!

Tried to build last night, and give up!!
