Could someone please advise what the general compensation claim amount for whiplash and stress is and also what is the maximum (if any) a claim should get resolved in if everthing is straight forward (ie: 3rd party admitted liability)

Thanks

It all depends on how long the whiplash is expected to last and the severity of it.

According to the independant doc it should be cleared within 6-12 months along with the headaches (sorry didnt put that in OP) which are drect result of whiplash and stress -according to independant doc.

Just want to know really what sort of pay out would be reasonable -I havent been offered anything yet!

Presumably you are represented? Your solicitor should be able to advise you on the value of the claim, if you ask.
