i found that i had to put todays code in place of the first or second bonus code or it wouldnt go thru, i dont know if anyone else had this problem but as soon as i did it took me to the screen for party size (4) and other ref nos which i didnt have so i clicked next/book and it took me to the screen to put my choices in and i was fine after that.
other than that sorry i dont know

Booked ok, after trying a hundred different dates!!! Why it can't show available dates, I don't know!!!

However put codes in starting with ABLE and working back, seemed to accept that fine!

it couldnt show available dates as they are probably being taken every second so it gives you one closest to your choice thats available, bit of a pain i know but i think the majority of us are happy:T

Have managed to book last weekend in may to Skegness Butlins after lots of juggling dates and resorts on screen!
I agree that they should just show available dates would be much easier, Oh well not complaining booked now and happy
Good luck to everyone else in getting their dates.

Is there a helpline number, or maybe you could just send the form off in the priority envelope and hope for the best. Good luck

I had this problem too, been trying for half an hour. i thought it was my pc so restarted it. Got there in the end. Just keep trying, the site must be very busy.

Try restarting your computer first and see if that helps you never know

Can any one tell before hubby wakes up why it cost £60 POUNDS.Then on confimation e mail will be charge for supplements and entertainment passes nearer the time?as well 60 just paid. Booked for 4 people.
