Eggs Anniversay Offer, a bit confused ?

hi.

i have 2 simple questions with regards to the anniversary offer. Firstly i took out the card in August with a 6k limit.

1) is my anniversary offer valid in august 2005 or in feb 2005 when my interest free expires.

2) to qualify would i first clear my balance then rebalance transfer out of my card during that month.
