scanning query

I need some advice on scanning. I am using an epson 3in1 DX4200 series.

I wish to scan documents that have been printed from the net, and thus have "page x of Y" at the top and the webs address right near the bottom edge.

However, when i scan and reprint them back out the new printed copy looks as if it has been scaled by 90% ish from the original. It leaves a boudary on the RHS of 5mm and bottom of 20mm. I have tried changing the page setup settings under paint shop, and tried scanning using different modes etc, and specifying that the new version has to be A4 exact. I can get the electronic copy from the original scan to look okat on screen, but it still prints slightly different as above to the original.

I have looked through the printer settings etc, and cannot see what i am doing wrong....any clues?
