ASOS.COM Still waiting for refund

Has anyone used this site for buying clothes. Ordered some items way back in October and decided the quality wasn't very good so decided to return the items by recorded delivery. Total cost of order 44 pounds.
Their website states that if you return the whole order they will refund the total costs including postage.
I am still wait for a full refund. They have confirmed by email that they have received the parcel, but this is the problem. They have no contact telephone number, all queries have to be forwarded by email, which they take forever to reply to.
Has anyone any advice as to how to get my money back, or has anyone has similar problems.

Email them and copy the email to trading standards at the same time, that often gets things moving faster!Weight Loss - 102lb0

That link don't work. You somehow have managed to put an question mark in the url.
Try this one
But fail to see what this has to do with something that happened all the way back in october. As the fire did not happen until the 11th of december so at least a month to correct it. And to do a refund to a credit card takes minutes not months.

When did the send the items back. Are you aware that there warehouse was affected by the Oil blasts in December? The company had to stop trading for a while as they had no stock to send out. Be easy on them!0

I sent a top back to them in August last year and they were very prompt. It might just be due to the oil fire, we got paid in December late because of it and we're based in London0
