Yorkshire bank term certificate not received yet...

:mad: ...account they say was opened on 1/12/2008 but after several phone calls they have not yet issued a certificate. They say they have had manny to deal with but 4 weeks to print a certificate?? Anyone else having this problem?...thanks....ed 0

Yes, there is another thread about this somewhere and you are not alone. My term account was opened 23/11 but still not received cert. I 'phoned them a couple of weeks ago and was advised of the backlog and cert. would be posted in due course.
I'm going to 'phone them again next week if it hasn't arrived.
Have you had a confirmation letter advising that cheque had been received?
I was initially impressed by their fast response but that's gone downhill considerably now!0
