When I had hamsters their wee was nearly always cloudy and beige coloured so it sounds normal to me. A hamster poo is like a long dark brown pellet. Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0

Maybe you shouldn't put him in his ball until you've had him a bit longer?
The wee sounds normal, but I always let new hamsters settle in for a few days before trying to touch/pick them up.
Hamsters are so much fun, I had one that used to lick my face.0 -
that deffo sounds like a perfectly normal wee wee to me, my hamster is the same but he always manages to poop in his ball, but never wees!0

You should let your hamster settle in her/his cage for a week before handling or letting him/her run around in a ball.
Hamsters can get wettail due to stress and if not caught early, it can be fatal.0 -
Hamster wee is generally very thick and coloured, but the poop can sometimes be paler if they are stressed. I'd leave the little guy to settle before letting him use the ball.0
