Hi,
Costco have the Sony Bravia 32" LCD KDL32S4000 at £411.
Please could someone tell me why the S4000 is so much more expensive than the V4000?
What is the difference between them please?
Also, the S4000 does not show on the Sony site???
Many thanks.
PS I have posted this on another thread on Grabbit but thought someone on technology might know.

Sony's S range is last years range (2007/2008). The V range is this years current range. That's why the S is not listed on the Sony site, they're not current models.
The price difference is probably to do with availability as opposed to quality and features. The V is a better set as it uses Sony's new Bravia Engine 2 where the S doesn't.0 -
Thanks!
Looks like I should go for the cheaper V model then!!Ageing is a privilege not everyone gets.

V is entry level. I was a bit disappointed with the KDL32V4000 I saw in Richers compared to the Panasonic next to it.0
