                    As mentioned on BBC radio 4 today. A Amercian chap has a site that containes ways to skip automated phone system, the site is often updated.
This means you can speak to a REAL person the other side of the Earth no doubt.
I cant vouche for this but he claims there lots more to be added and are checked prior to being added. Worth bookmarking me's think.

            Yes we have been watching this programme, what a brilliant idea and will save a lot of money, it really annoys us cos they are expensive lines in most cases and they are making money while you hold on for ever. There is a website on ITV / 5 oclock which lists them all , also the Paul English website. We would like to hear if anybody has tried to do it, cannot really practice unless you genuinely want to speak to somebody!! best wishes oap0
