Capital One On-Line Servicing

Does anyone else with a capital one credit card get the following message when trying to access there account on line:

As you have closed your Capital One credit card account, you no longer have access to online account servicing.

I have not closed my account and everytime I call them about it they state they are 'looking into it', have decided to leave them over this.

In order to clarify the situation, please contact us on 0800 9525458 as soon as possible. We are open between 8am and 7:30pm, seven days a week. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you

So I have to waste time calling them up, only a couple of days later the same message appearing.

Maybe they have bugs in the system.....

They seem to be having a few problems. My son returned the call following that message and was told some accounts had been "compromised". His card was cancelled and there's a new one in the post.

Must be the lucky one, not had any trouble with capital one... been a few times i've gone to login and they've been doing mantainance which is annoying cos you only find out when you put in all your login details.

Use online nearly everyday too so must be picking the right times, lol
