katie, hope you get it sorted when you go to the dr, or at least know whats causing it, dh had something similar with a trapped nerve, but could be anything, hugs to you xx

ds seems ok, he got up after 7, still looks shattered so will see how we got on with the new times etc, down to do his insulin in an hour so will see how he has maanged at school, no use if he too tired as this will affect him at school

toniq - very weird re the friends issue on facebook, best not to add anyone if you are wary of who they are i dont add anyone unless i know who they are on here

Just popped on -at work at the moment so LO is at nursery

we are doing much better at the training had an accident at a play place yesterday but it wasn't here fault she got pushed off by a boy and was crying and then did loads of wee everywhere oops!! she is also very good at using it when she doesn't want to go someone just says wee and poo are coming and sits on the potty for ages with her note book and pen very funny will have to take a picture and post it to show you all:D

Hope everyone else is ok Katie - hugs hope the nurse/doctor helps you soon make sure and make a fuss if they don't or you will just get ignored

Glad you got a call back Katie... hope you get it sorted and it's nothing too serious. Try and get some rest before 4.30pm.

Had my first meeting of the day, not so negative as yesterday but I've got PMT so I was trying really hard not to just shout and snap at everything anyone said! The day before is not a good day for a manager's meeting!!!!!

But I did get back to my desk to a WEM from Birdwatching magazine to say I won some binoculars... just looking for the comp now and then will post on IWIWIW. :):):)

Still looking for a holiday, trying to find somewhere that caters for kids aged 5, 7, 8, 9, 12 & 14 so none of them are bored iit s getting a little tricky. I like a challenge so I am sure I will find something.
