Quite a few people have said that in one way i'm lucky i'm not doing the ptp game, because i will spend so much time on there and forget about normal comps on here! :mad:

I try to keep ahead of comps...but have found that i miss out on entering comps posted later with the same closing date, iykwim!

yeah - i tend to make sure i subscribe to all I've done and the ones I dont want to enter then its easy to skim through just before they end to check for any I've missed - my new system lol

What do you mean by subscribing to what you've done?

You see top right where it says thread tools?
click that and there'll be an option to subscribe to this thread
click that and then no emails - unless you want your inbox overflowing lol
then when you look at the whole forum the threads youve subscribed to have a little blue box with a tick next to them - on the right - means you dont have to click each comp to check your thanks to see if youve already entered

LOL ty - it does make life easier and quicker - I go through a page of comps and subscribe to all the ones I dont fancy, then go through and do the ones I do - much much quicker than opening each thread
Theres also a list of all the threads you've subscibed to in your user cp and if theres a comp you really fancy but no answer you can subscribe but for emails when theres a reply so you get to know when an answer is posted - quite nifty
Only thing I would like is to be able to subscribe to a thread without opening it - make it even faster lol

I spend forever going through all the comps seeing which i've thanked and which i haven't!!

When i started this i was thinking there should be a tick system, so you can tick the comps you've done!

Thats how i (try to) be organised at home, i make lists everywhere, of what i need to do, and cross off everything i've already done!
The feeling you get when you know you've finished it all is great!!
I expect thats what it'l be like for the comps...knowing you're all up-to-date, and can now go and do the ptp facebook game!

Is there a limit to how many comps you can subscribe to, because there are so many i enter...and then some go to game over, so they just use up the space!

lol not that i know of - think I have about 2k subscriptions at the mo - it's still subscribed even in game over so stays till theyre deleted permanently. I'm sure the system can take it.
