OMG I've just looked at how many calories there was in what I ate last night... I knew I needed to exercise today but help!!!! It's 1400 calories - in ONE MEAL??!!!! Argh! I knew it was going to be a big treat, and it was absolutely fantastic, but 1400??!!! I always said that my weight loss challenge would not affect me when I went out for dinner (which I don't do that much)... maybe it should though!

[Splodz hangs head in shame and sobs.]

It's usually whoever you are pinging with Diva, if you are playing with wokkies at the mo then it's probs from her, to test that just put a "c" in the box instead of the down arrow and if her name isn't there it's from her

Aaargh Splodz you shouldn't have looked! Don't worry too much about it, one meal won't make you put on weight/spoil your diet x

Thanks larzy... my normal meals aren't that big or bad. Just looked it's a toasty 6 degrees outside at the mo so I will run today... if I do my usual route of 3 miles in 30 mins that's 300 calories towards it!!!
