Morning all, I hope you are well, or at least better than yesterday.

Had a lovely evening out yesterday - went for a curry for a friend's birthday - was a good laugh. Anyway, must exercise off some of those calories today as it's weekly weigh in tomorrow morning!! Not as cold as it has been this morning so might see if it's ok for running, otherwise it's back on the exercise bike for a marathon session - I need to run coz of the 10k challenge I've set myself, but I'm not risking it if it's minus again.

What's everyone up to this Sunday morning?
