I think ringing the order through is a good idea. Does it matter that I have the codes from my recent wins in my basket already?

no as u havent finished the checkout, i rang and the girl gave me her email so i could email her, i ordered monday, got that today, and ordered thursday
and that was in todays box, i still have lots of bits in my basket which i havent fully checked out xxx
they r friendly and will sort u out quickly xxx

Katie, 2 of my orders did the same ... the £3.95 was deducted from my available balance (even with my one order that had a total of £0.00) but was never taken from my bank and is no longer deducted from my available balance. xx

i have had 4 orders in total. 3 they reserved the money and never took it, but they did on the 4th so i am waiting for the refund it will probably take 3-4 days.

I just got a very quick reply to say there was a glitch with the system last week and they will refund me. So I agree they are very prompt and helpful. Thanks to everyone here for your helpful advice.
