:hello: Everyone,

Morning! I was up early to go to the postoffice,the parcels were these,My RAC Torch which will be very handy in emergencies and my prize from Eye for film of Festen on Dvd,so very happy,Got a friend over today and we will watch my Westlife Dvd and have lunch of Henz Tomato Soup and a nice bagette with it.I will be on later on so do continue to pass the parcels Just rang Lush as no e-mail had come from them re my order enquiry to find I wont get charged postage.Sounds lovely Toniq enjoy the pampering

I placed two orders with Lush, one in my name for two xmas puddings and one in hubby's name for a shower gel and a gold star. My (order number) arrived today with just one pudding and addressed to my hubby?? His hasn't arrived. Plus, checked my bank this morning and they have taken out £3.95 for postage.

So I am wondering, if you have two items the same in your online basket but one doesn't show up, they only send one. Confused why my order was addressed to my hubby though?

just email them at [EMAIL="orders@lush.co.uk"]orders@lush.co.uk[/EMAIL] and they will refund the postage cost. thats what they did for me and in the space of about 2 hours as well.

Yes when I placed the order online I had a feeling I would be charged so emailed them but didn't get a reply, so when the order arrived this morning I checked and it had been charged to my bank.

right got to go shopping, need new jeans and he has money so if i go today he will buy! xxx
when me back will lush like mad have loads ready to send xxxxx
hopefully we can all get some really good prizes xxxxx

Thanks, I have done that. Didn't get a reply last time but have tried again this morning. I didn't mention about the order being sent to the wrong person and being short of one item though.

Morning all FINALLY got a day off work :T had a lie in til 10 as I've been so tired all week so didn't set the alarm and now I have all day to catch up on comps and pass parcels :T
