stressed - I've just read that article & I am so shocked! I didn't realise things like that could happen on a wide scale. I understand you've had some trouble & the people in the article but looking at the comments & also back stories written by Camilla this issue is huge! I'll be sending prayers up between now & Monday for you to have a good day in court :grouphug:

claire - That sucks to be left without heating! It happened to my brother last year & he went on local radio, they had a slot for consumer advice/help kind of thing, he told his story about no heating, they couldn't fix the boiler, my young nephews & niece having to have baths with water boiled in a kettle, they could also only heat 1 room at a time... you know type of thing you are having to do. The company responsible which had a maintenance contract with my brother came on air & were very apologetic, said they would get it sorted. He had someone from the company around that afternoon, they couldn't sort it so temporary heating stuff was bought to the house (still that afternoon) & they pledged to pay towards his increased electricity bill ( which they also did too!). You should really make some noise about this as it isn't just you sitting there freezing - it is your whole family! I wish you luck :)

littleholly - I bet she has a fantastic time with all her friends at school, especially if she just used to do mornings & now is all day! She will have a whale of a time & then when you pick her up later she will have grown a little more :) I always think it is harder for the parents at this stage :)

kerrimouse - glad to hear your dd is sorted & should be walking better. Also great she has no more appointment until April! Woohoo!

RCB - That is bloody marvellous news! Fantastic! Even better though is that you may be able to move back to your own place in March, I bet you are in a bit of a spin that yesterday everything looked so bleak but today things have spun 180 degrees & you are flying high! Brilliant :)

wokkies - I bet you won't be cold for a while, your face will probably glow for a few hours after that embarrassing moment!
Sad because you don't know what to do? Comping question? Take a look in the Comping Guide to find out

SOD - I'm so sorry - I missed your earlier post so have just gone back to read it.
Please try to stay positive, because that's sometimes the only thing that pulls you through (aswell as the lovelies in here), speaking to your MP is great - it shows you're being pro-active & may at some point give you some fire in your belly!

I wish you all the luck in the world for Monday & I'll be thinking about you. xxx

Wokkies -    :rotfl:

:oI ordered it from Kays because I was fed up with when the big bt bill comes in and not paying on time and losing my internet. If your a new customer theres codes flying about for £30 off your first order in the codes section. I havent checked yet the expiry date, didnt realise they had them, but it will come in handy as it will only need topping up with 15quid at a time if i have bought the right one, was just looking and they have the '3' ones and t-mobile and some others onthe site now but mostly sold out

this is the one I got, but got it from kays not littlewoods
