House is old and walls leak heat like a sieve, ceilings are over 3.5 meters high and that takes ages to heat a room but the extra loft insulation i put in this year has helped a bit.

well got no parcels and on the come down from the gym now so sort out the washing potty training leaves you with plenty of that!!! and bed I think night night

Well I didn't sort my underwear drawer, just my tshirt drawer, and then had a bath. Now sat in bed with lappy to do a few comps and parcels...

Night all, time for bed now! Need a good night's sleep... work again tomorrow, plus a run in the evening so need lots of energy! Just said no to chocolate again - really pleased as been good all day, need to keep going now and hopefully will see some results.

One of the buttons on lappy just broke! Well it doesn't work now anyway! It's the left click mouse button, which is annoying. Need to take this to work tomorrow now to get it fixed (is my work lappy!).

Anyway, night all, see you tomorrow.
