RCB - no worries about hoarding parcels, for goodness sakes if real life is taking the front seat right now then that's the way it has to be. I don't think anyone would ball you out for hanging onto a few parcels

Hoping that if you are on here it means that the panic/upset thing is sorted *fingers crossed* if there is anything that can be done by us though just yell out & you know we'll be here! We are like the Army or Marines or Commandos or whoever it is - WE LOOK AFTER OUR OWN! or is it we never leave a Comper behind? You know what I mean

Just getting really scared cos we will be effectively homeless in the next 10 days if the Ombudsman can't help sort it in time & although I know we could stay with my parents house I really don't want to have to go back to sleeping on other people's couches for months on end with a 5yr old.

It was rather funny today at Sunday dinner though - there we were at my Mum's - 9 of us - and I dropped the tray of parsnips & roasters on the floor. Then it was like the floodgates opened & I broke dwn & couldn't stop crying!!!

The look on everyone's faces was something to behold!! I think they thought I'd finally gone crazy-mad - crying over spilt veg!!!! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Frickin' insurance company have got a lot to answer for!!

RCB, i really hope you get it sorted, im sure the ombudsman will sort it, such a horrible time for this to happen though. Keep us updated

I have just eaten one of the small packets of percy pigs whilst watching the film stardust i'm squeezing it in beforethe diet starts tomorrow! (so not the right mentality!) i'm not trying to lose anything major, just 1lb a week, but it does mean low fat and low sugar + lots of veg and salad monday - friday, get to be more relaxed on the weekends though ohh can i have an invite to the dieting group on facebook please?
