No worries As well as Robo I also have AutoHotkey for the times like you mention above & also when the comp entry form is a flash/shockwave file.

It means I can hold down my alt key & hit '+' & my address comes up as a block of text & can also enter my details individually for things that Robo doesn't recognise.
