Sore throat for my trouble today, but I can't let that distract me. Will be trying out my cooking related toys this afternoon, so got about twenty ingredients to go out and find!0 -

Cheers - I've had some multivitamins and will get some soluble aspirin for gargling when I'm out. Hoping it won't come to much.0 -

Morning
Sar it sounds like such a difficult situation for you- you know it's hurting you to keep seeing him in 'that' way, but it's never just as easy as walking away and forgetting about him, especially when you have to see him on a regular basis anyway.
Recent experience has made me think that sometimes you know what the sensible thing to do would be, but you also know you can't do it, so all you can really do is accept the risk you are taking and try to protect your heart from the pain as much as you can.
Pania told me that sometimes you have to keep a garden fence around your heart but not a wall, and I think that's really good advice."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250
