Does anyone here now of organisations that are always looking for accommodation for their staff (i.e. IT contrators etc)?
I need to up my income and want to rent out one of my large double bedrooms. We have free parking and are close to the A48/M4.
Have had adverts on gumtree, spareroom.co.uk but no luck.

Can anyone please recommend anything...have moved to cardiff a year ago, so not too familiar with big employers around here.

You could kill two birds with one stone and organise a speed renting evening? Never been to one, but have heard of them in London.The idea works the same as speed dating (never been to one of those either), but with prospective landlords on one side and prospective tenants on the other. That way maybe you could find a tenant and make some money at the same time?

How about your local hospital. I know my local hospital is always lookingfor rooms for student nurses etc. also how about advert in local paper. hth
