    I'm not sure how to do this - I signed out and sent 2 parcels out to friends but think the parcels died as I didn't get anything back :(

    Hmm mine said it was applying a free snow fairy delivery but it didn't show on the email confirmation. I have mailed them to see what they say. Toniq - whos Harry?!?!

    The confirmation screen on the website said I was being charged 0.00 as the voucher for 3.95 cancelled out the shipping for 3.95. But like you, the email confirmation says that I'm being charged 3.95. All very strange.

    AND, my angel soap win has vanished! :( I had it with a code etc, but couldn't claim both at once on the site, so did the bubble bar first and just went back to do the soap and it's gone from my profile! It was there, I checked! And I didn't copy the code of course! Damn it!
