    Your partner gets Incapacity Benefit?

    Do you get any other benefits?

    Unless there are other benefits you havent told us about you can keep the money and it wont stop your partner getting her Incapacity Benefit. Its only for means tested benefits that this money matters and so would not be considered fraud.
