pigpen - was just wondering - what age is Tiddles now ? Off to school any time soon ? Wow how will you feel to be child free in the day ???
serena - thanks for the PM will reply tomorrow
iriedaughter - I was in my Woolies on Monday, it is sad isn't it. Ours had most of the store fenced off by shelving and a few shelves with , frankly, rubbish, on them, it was just tragic. It will be so missed.
Fireangel - your kitchen sounds lovely and sparkly !!!! I am mostly caught up since I joined here 2 years ago I have managed to keep on top of the clutter and mess (if not the actual cleaning LOL) but I have yet to brave the garage. I occasionally spend an hour and make it look better but I get so farand then I cant face the rest. DH always has his work computing stuff sent here and so the garage is always full of cardboard and bits of foam packiong (so I cant even flat pack the boxes) which he wont let me recycle til things are out of their 3 year warranty AAARRGGHHHHH
pigpen - I LOVE the word chamfer LOL Isnt it great (and I have only had 2 glasses of wie ....)
froddington - love that stitching website, what a fab ideaThanks
vanilla - OOOH Just seen you! hello  From Belfast. East Belfast, near Stormont. Were you from Dundonald or am I thinking of someone else ?
ragz - ooo h yes love the idea of doing other peoples houses. I have some friends whose houses I would love to have a go at. Not clean, just declutter. One friend in particular I have to forcibly restrain myself from sorting out her kitchen LOL
pigpen you can get DS games from Lakeland ? Is this a different lakeland one to the kitcheny one ??? I am confused
And chocolate worms - not so different to a 5yo boy then LOL
lil_me - yes I was usiong it, noting down the amount in my spreadsheet - at least in theory - usually I forgot and then of course end of the month and its panic stations, I end up "borrowing" from the current month topay for the food etc for the last month and thennothing left this month for this months actual food so it had to go on the CC> Always a month behind and I hate it. I'm going to keep it for online shops and big things where the cashback is worth it , but not carry it in my purse.
WOOHOOO I caught up!
I have a nice day planned tomorrow - I have the day off from kids- doing a mystery shop in town, so I am going to scour the house for vouchers - I know theres a Boots one and an M&S one somewhere. Can park at DH work so no parking cost. MIL gave me £25 for Christmas so I am going to spend it on myself

OJ.. what have you started (and yes, I found some of yours as well)
Froddy... I'm avoiding the pile of stuff that's materialised in my study... and this is no way for adults to spend a Saturday evening. I hate to point it out, but you and I don't even have the excuse that we can't go out because we have kids to keep an eye on... it's just sad really...0 -

Hey all!
I'm back from babysitting and thinking about going to bed. Feeling very stupid as well as I ordered something from Amazon and I was convinced it hadn't arrived, so they sent me a replacement. Trouble is I've just found the blinking thing :o So on Monday I'll be sending the replacement back. Too honest to keep itFluttering about an inch off the ground, I may fly properly one day and soar in the clouds!
